Good news! You can now use your Apple Watch with the Decathlon Outdoor app, just as you requested.
If you have an iPhone and an Apple Watch, enjoy your favorite hikes with the app at your fingertips, thanks to this Bêta version now available on the App Store!
Simply follow these steps to get started:
1. Download the app on your iPhone and Apple Watch
- If you haven’t done so already, download the Decathlon Outdoor app from the App Store on your iPhone.
- The app is compatible with iPhones running iOS 15.4 or later and Apple Watches with watchOS 8 or later.
2. Connect your Apple Watch to your iPhone
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone.
- Open the Watch app on your phone.
- In the "Available Apps" section, find Decathlon Outdoor and click "Install."
👉 If needed, check Apple Watch support for more details on pairing and setting up your watch.
3. Start your hike
- Open the Decathlon Outdoor app on your iPhone and log in to your account.
- Then, open the Decathlon Outdoor app on your Apple Watch.
- On your iPhone, select the hike you want to do, then start navigation by tapping "Start."
- Navigation instructions will automatically appear on your Apple Watch. Let yourself be guided!
- At any time, you can pause, resume, or stop navigation from either your Apple Watch or your iPhone.
⚠️ Note: It’s not possible to start a hike directly from the Apple Watch or to create a route. Only guidance for an existing hike is available from your watch.
After your hike, don’t forget to return to the app to leave a rating and share your experience! ⭐️
