As of today, it is not yet possible to directly synchronise a watch or bike GPS with the Decathlon Outdoor app. Your sports activities completed on another app are therefore not visible on Decathlon Outdoor.
However, this feature is currently being considered by our developers 🚀
In the meantime, there are two solutions to centralise your activities on your Decathlon account and continue to earn loyalty points:
1. Connect your sports apps from the Decathlon Outdoor app
From the Decathlon Outdoor app, you can connect certain sports apps so that activities carried out with Outdoor are also recorded in these apps.
To do this:
Open Settings in the app
Click on Sync my activities
Connect the app of your choice
Once the connection is activated, the activities you carry out with Decathlon Outdoor can also be recorded in the other app.
For example, if you connect Decathlon Outdoor to Strava, an activity completed with Decathlon Outdoor (navigation or recording an outing) will appear both:
in your Decathlon Outdoor history
in the Strava history
The currently compatible apps are:
Garmin
Strava
Coros
Polar
Fitbit
Suunto
2. Connect your sports apps via your Decathlon account
It is also possible to connect these apps directly to your Decathlon account.
To make the connection, log in to your Decathlon account and go here:
Synchronise your Decathlon account with your sports apps.
👉 Activities synchronised from these apps do not appear in Decathlon Outdoor, but they do count towards your Decathlon loyalty programme.
3. Use the Decathlon Connect app for your Decathlon devices
You can synchronise your Decathlon watch or GPS with your Decathlon account via the Decathlon Connect app.
