I completed or created an outing but did not receive my points, what can I do?

If you haven’t received your loyalty points, several situations may explain it. 

In some cases, they simply appear with a slight delay or may seem not to have been credited. Here’s what you should check before contacting support.

 

Attribution timeframes

  • Points related to an activity performed within Decathlon Outdoor are automatically awarded within a maximum period of 48 to 72 hours.

  • For points related to a special operation (contest, challenge), the timeframe can be up to 7 business days after the end of the operation or after the participation conditions have been met.

Verify the origin of the activity

  • If your activity is done with another connected app (e.g., Garmin, Coros, Polar, Coach, Strava…), its processing depends on the Decathlon customer service.
