For your creation to be approved by the moderation team and published in the Decathlon Outdoor catalog, it must follow specific quality, safety, and originality standards. Here are the rules to follow before submitting your route.
The 3 basic principles
-
Start your recording from a public place (parking lot, bus stop, village square, etc.).
-
Prefer a loop format with clear points of interest (landscapes, heritage, nature…).
-
Check before publishing that the route does not already exist in the app.
Mandatory quality criteria
Your activity must meet the following conditions:
-
Minimum length: 2 km on foot or 4 km by bike.
-
Route located in an urban or natural area with identifiable points of interest (scenery, cultural sites, wildlife, flora).
-
No passage through private property or in restricted or prohibited zones.
Preferred creations
The moderation team gives priority to routes that are:
-
in loop format,
-
on trails,
-
at least 70% different from an already existing route.
Moderation team decision
Creations that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
