How to Share an Activity or Outing on Decathlon Outdoor?

You’ve finished a hike or bike ride and want to show your outing to your friends? The Decathlon Outdoor app lets you send a direct link to the summary page of your activity.

Sharing a Completed Activity

1. Open the app and go to your activity’s page (from your profile)

2. Tap the Share button (accessible via the icon at the top right or the blue button at the bottom of the page)

3. Select your preferred sharing channel (Social networks, SMS, Email, Copy link, etc.)

What Do People See When They Receive the Link?

By clicking the link, your friends and family can access the full summary of your outing:

• Your main stats: distance, duration, average speed, and elevation gain

• A map preview with the route track, as well as the Flyover view to fly over your itinerary

• The associated outing from the Decathlon Outdoor catalog (if your activity is based on one), allowing them to view the official page and take the route themselves

Enable or Disable the Sharing Link

Below the map of your activity is the option Sharing Link Enabled:

• If the switch is on (blue): your activity summary is accessible to anyone with the link or from the review you posted on the outing

• If you turn it off: the link becomes inactive. Your friends and family will no longer be able to access your outing summary, even if they already have the link
