When you finish recording a route and choose to suggest it to the community, your proposal goes through three main stages before appearing in the public catalog.
Step 1: Complete Your Creation
As soon as you finish your activity, you are invited to enrich your route’s description to make it inspiring for other users:
Title: give your route a clear and explicit name
Description: specify the type of terrain, path features, or points of interest to discover
Photos: add visuals taken during your outing to illustrate the route
Step 2: Moderation by the Decathlon Outdoor Team
Once your submission is sent, our moderation team performs a thorough review of your proposal (route readability, photo quality, and provided information) before it goes live.
Step 3: Enhancement and Publication
If your outing meets all of our criteria:
Guidance Addition: we enhance your route with automatic directional instructions to make navigation smooth and enable audio guidance
Publication: your route is published in the official catalog and becomes accessible to all app users
Tracking: you can find your validated outing in your Profile, under the Publications section
