If you have multiple Decathlon accounts and want to merge them, this process cannot be done through the Decathlon Outdoor app. Decathlon loyalty accounts are managed centrally by Decathlon customer service. You must therefore contact the dedicated team to request the merging of your accounts.

Why can’t Decathlon Outdoor merge your accounts?

Each user generally has only one Decathlon loyalty account, used to log in to all Decathlon apps and services.

  • access recovery (password),

  • account merging,
    are managed directly by Decathlon Customer Service, and not by the Decathlon Outdoor teams.

That is why Decathlon Outdoor cannot modify or merge a user account

How to request the merging of your accounts?

To merge your Decathlon accounts, you must contact Decathlon Customer Service directly.

Once your request is submitted, the dedicated team will be able to combine your accounts and confirm the merge.

What to do in the meantime?

You can continue to use Decathlon Outdoor with the account of your choice.
After the merge, all your information will be centralised on a single Decathlon account.
