Where can I change my Decathlon communications?

To adjust your preferences, go to your Decathlon account:

  1. Access your Decathlon account

  2. Open the My Profile section

  3. Select Communication Preferences

You will find all the options to choose what you want to receive there.

What types of communications can I activate or deactivate?

In this section, you can manage:

Content and recommendations

  • advice, news, promotions, personalised offers;

  • inspiring Decathlon Outdoor communications (outing ideas, recommendations, outdoor content).

Loyalty programme
