You can edit and correct the title of a creation directly in the app, as long as it has not been sent for moderation. However, other elements (track, description, photos…) can only be modified if your creation has been sent to our moderation team for publication in the catalogue. If your creation has not been shared, only deletion or retention are possible.
What changes can I make myself?
You can change the title of your creation yourself, but only for a creation that is not published in the catalogue or is under moderation:
Open the Profile tab
Go to Activities
Open the relevant creation
Edit the title using the dedicated icon ✏️
This change is immediate and available for all your creations. It also covers cases where you want to correct or update a creation.
What changes require moderation?
The following changes can only be made by our team:
track,
description,
photos,
information visible on the itinerary sheet.
For this, your creation must have been sent for moderation and appear in your Publications.
In this case, you can contact our support by providing:
the exact title of your creation,
a screenshot of it,
Our moderators will then apply the necessary adjustments to your request.
When are changes not possible?
If your creation has not been sent for moderation, it:
remains only in your Activities,
is stored locally on your phone,
and is therefore not accessible to our teams.
In this case, you can:
edit its title,
keep it as is,
or delete it from your history.
The title of a creation can always be changed by yourself. For any other changes, the creation must have been sent for moderation. Otherwise, you can simply keep it or delete it from your history 🌿
