Language: How to change the language of the app?

The language of the Decathlon Outdoor app cannot be changed directly from the app settings. The displayed language automatically depends on the language set on your phone. If you want to change the language of the app, it is therefore necessary to change the system language of your device (iOS or Android). Below you will find the steps to change the language of your phone 📱

The app language follows the phone’s language

Decathlon Outdoor uses the language configured on your device.

This means that:

• there is no “change language” option in the app,

• the displayed language updates automatically when you change the phone’s language.

In other words, to change the app language, you must change the system language of your phone.

Change the language on iOS (iPhone)

To change the language used by the app:

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to General.

3. Select Language & Region.

4. Choose the desired language.

5. Close and reopen the app if necessary.

The new language will be applied automatically to Decathlon Outdoor.

Change the language on Android

On Android as well, the language depends on the phone settings.

To change the device language:

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to System (or Advanced Settings depending on the model).

3. Select Language & Input.

4. Add or choose the desired language.

5. Restart the app if needed.

The display of Decathlon Outdoor will update automatically.

Good to know

• If the chosen language is not yet available, the app will display in a default language.

• Changing the language does not affect your activities or history.

• Some translations may still evolve in future updates.
