If a downloaded route does not start correctly, it is possible that the file encountered an issue during the initial download. Here is how to easily resolve the situation before heading back to the trails.
Step 1: Delete the downloaded route
Open the Decathlon Outdoor app.
Go to your downloaded routes from your favourites 🩵
Delete the relevant route by swiping it to the left
Click on "Delete"
Step 2: Download the route again
Search for the desired route in the catalogue or on the map
Tap Download route
Wait for the download to complete before starting it
Good to know 💡
A download error can sometimes occur due to a network interruption or insufficient storage.
By downloading the route again, you reset the data and fix the problem.
You will then be able to enjoy your route without interruption!
