To be able to rate or comment on an outing, it is necessary to be geolocated on the route, that is to say to start the app's navigation.
You have the option to rate and comment on the outing as soon as you arrive, automatically. You can also do this when you exit navigation, even while on the way (by clicking on the cross at the top left) and even without network connection. Your rating and comment will then be saved locally on your phone and will be sent to our servers as soon as your phone reconnects to the network.
This rating screen that allows you to rate and comment on an outing therefore appears twice after stopping navigation:
-once immediately after stopping navigation (ending the outing)
-a second time when you reopen the app (after having closed it without rating and commenting on the hike). You will then be prompted to comment and rate the hike you did if you did not do so directly after stopping navigation or upon arrival at the walk.
👉Warning: after sending, it is no longer possible to modify your rating or comment, only to delete them.
