Your creation may be rejected if its start or end point is not easily accessible. The moderation team ensures that the proposed outings are practical and safe for all users.
Reason for Rejection
Your route was rejected because the start and/or end point was not located in a public place, such as a car park or a public transport stop.
Tips for Your Next Creations
To increase your chances of approval, make sure to choose start and end points that are:
easily accessible,
located in public places (car park, bus stop or station),
suitable for a return trip or a loop.
⚠️ Avoid starting the recording from your home: this may result in your creation being modified or rejected by the moderation team.
Loyalty Points
Even if your creation is rejected, your loyalty points will still be credited as long as the activity meets the conditions of the loyalty programme.
