Your creation may be rejected if it was recorded with a sport that is not yet supported by the app. Currently, only certain sports are available for route publication.
Reason for rejection
The app currently only accepts:
hiking,
cycling,
snowshoeing.
Your creation was rejected because it was associated with an unsupported sport (examples: skiing, horse riding, trail running, etc.).
Tips for your future creations
Choose one of the sports currently available in the app.
If you practise another activity, you can still record your outing, but it will not be able to be published in the community catalogue.

Loyalty points
Even if your creation is rejected, your loyalty points will be credited as long as the activity meets the conditions of the loyalty programme.
