If a downloaded route does not start properly, it is possible that the file encountered an issue during the initial download. Here’s how to easily resolve the situation before heading back to the trails.
Step 1: Delete the downloaded route
Open the Decathlon Outdoor app.
Go to your downloaded routes from your favorites 🩵
Delete the route in question by swiping it to the left
Tap on "Delete"
Step 2: Download the route again
Search for the desired route in the catalog or on the map
Tap Download Route
Wait for the download to complete before starting it

A download error can sometimes occur due to a network interruption or insufficient storage.
By downloading the route again, you reset the data and fix the problem.
You can then enjoy your route without interruptions!
