If a downloaded route does not start properly, it is possible that the file encountered an issue during the initial download. Here is how to easily resolve the situation before heading back to the trails.
Step 1: Delete the downloaded route 🗑️
Open the Decathlon Outdoor app.
Go to your downloaded routes from your profile.
Delete the route in question.
Step 2: Download the route again 🔁
Search for the desired route in the catalog.
Tap on Download.
Wait until the download is complete before starting it.
Good to know 💡
A download error can sometimes occur due to a network interruption or insufficient storage.
By re-downloading the route, you reset the data and fix the problem.
You will then be able to enjoy your route without interruption! 🌿
