To easily find a hike or location in Decathlon Outdoor, you can use the search bar, the interactive map, and filters. The app displays routes that match your criteria and allows you to switch between map view and list view to quickly compare itineraries.
Search for an Outing or Location
When you open the app, you land on the Explore tab.
From this page:
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to enter a place, keyword, or the name of an outing.
The map then shows results around the searched area.
Use the Interactive Map
Outings are displayed as icons, and each route is highlighted with its own color for easy identification.
You can:
Zoom in to see more details,
Tap on the path of a hike,
Open a route sheet to view all useful information.
Filter the Results
To refine your search, you can apply filters based on:
the type of sport (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, gravel biking, snowshoeing),
difficulty,
distance,
duration,
rating,
popularity,
features (dogs allowed, shaded, stroller accessible, wheelchair accessible, etc.),
attractions (waterfall, lake, historic site, viewpoint, etc.),
or other available criteria such as loops or elevation gain.
The app immediately displays results that match your selections.
Display Results in List Mode
The list mode lets you easily view all routes matching your criteria.
To access it:
Pull up the bottom panel (showing the number of outings)
Browse the results in catalog form.
Select a route to see the details.
To return to the map, slide this panel back down.
