To easily find a hike or a location in Decathlon Outdoor, you can use the search bar, the interactive map, and filters. The app displays routes that match your criteria and allows you to switch between map view and list view to quickly compare routes.
Search for an outing or a location
When you open the app, you arrive at the Explore tab.
From this page:
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to enter a location, a keyword, or the name of an outing.
The map then displays results around the searched area.
Use the interactive map
Outings are displayed as icons or numbers.
You can:
Zoom in to see more details,
Tap on a number to display the corresponding outings,
Open a route card to view all useful information.
Filter results
To refine your search, you can apply filters based on:
the type of sport (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, gravel, snowshoeing),
difficulty,
distance,
duration,
rating,
popularity,
or other available criteria such as loops or elevation gain.
The app immediately displays results that match your choices.
Display results in list mode
The list mode allows you to easily view all routes matching your criteria.
To access it:
Tap on "Show list".
Browse the results in catalog form.
Select a route to see the details.
To return to the map, tap the blue icon 🌐 "View map".
