How to share an activity or outing on Decathlon Outdoor?

You have completed a hike or a bike route and want to show your outing to your friends? The Decathlon Outdoor app allows you to send a direct link to the summary page of your activity.

Sharing a completed activity

1. Open the app and go to your activity page (from your profile)

2. Tap the Share button (accessible via the icon at the top right or the blue button at the bottom of the page)

3. Select the sending channel of your choice (Social networks, SMS, Email, Copy link, etc.)

What do people who receive the link see?

By clicking on the link, your contacts access the full summary of your outing:

• Your main statistics: distance, duration, average speed and elevation gain

• A map preview with the route track, as well as the Flyover view to fly over your itinerary

• The associated outing from the Decathlon Outdoor catalogue (if your activity is based on it), allowing them to view the official page and complete the route themselves

Enable or disable the sharing link

Below the map of your activity is the option Sharing link enabled:

• If the switch is enabled (blue): your activity summary is accessible to anyone with the link or from the review you posted on the outing

• If you disable it: the link becomes inactive. Your contacts will no longer be able to access your outing summary, even if they already have the link
