Missing GPS data - Why was my creation not selected?

Your creation may be refused if the necessary GPS data cannot be used. The moderation team must be able to check the route to ensure its quality and safety.

Reason for refusal

Your route could not be validated because some GPS points were missing or unusable.
This may be due to:

• an interruption of the GPS,

• a temporary malfunction of the application.

Tips for your future creations

Before starting, make sure your phone is properly configured to avoid GPS interruptions, especially regarding battery and power management.

Also try to choose areas with good GPS coverage and avoid:

• steep, narrow trails,

• passages through tunnels or cavities.

Loyalty points

Even if your creation is refused, your loyalty points are still credited as long as the activity was carried out in the field.
