Distance/Difficulty - Why was my creation not selected?

Your creation may be refused if it does not meet the minimum distance criteria or if its level of difficulty makes it inaccessible to most users. The moderation team ensures that every route offered is suitable, safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Reason for refusal

Your route was refused because it was:

• too short:
  • minimum 2 km on foot
  • minimum 4 km by bike

• too difficult: route too long, too technical or with significant elevation gain.

Tips for your future creations

To increase your chances of approval, try to:

• propose a route that respects the minimum distances,

• create a route accessible to the widest audience in terms of duration and technical difficulty.

⚠️ Exception: some unique routes leading to a remarkable point of interest (e.g. a walk to Mont Saint-Michel) may be accepted even if shorter. However, please make sure that similar routes are not already present in the catalogue, otherwise your creation will not be approved.

Loyalty points

Even if your creation is refused, your loyalty points are still credited as long as the activity was carried out in the field.
