Your creation may be refused if its start or end point is not easily accessible. The moderation team ensures that the routes offered are practical and safe for all users.
Reason for refusal
Your route was refused because the starting and/or ending point was not located in a public place, such as a car park or a public transport stop.
Tips for your future creations
To increase your chances of approval, make sure to choose starting and ending points that are:
easily accessible,
located in public places (car park, bus stop or train station),
suitable for a round trip or loop.
⚠️ Avoid starting your recording from your home address: this may lead to your route being modified or refused by the moderation team.
Loyalty points
Even if your creation is refused, your loyalty points are credited as long as the activity meets the conditions of the loyalty programme.
