Type of sports - Why was my creation not selected?

Your creation may be refused if it was recorded with a sport that is not yet supported by the application. Currently, only certain sports are available for publishing routes.

Reason for refusal

The application currently accepts only:

• hiking,

• cycling,

• snowshoeing.

Your creation was refused because it was linked to a sport not supported by the app (e.g. skiing, horse riding, trail running, etc.).

Tips for your future creations

• Select one of the sports currently available in the application.

• If you practice another activity, you can still record your outing, but it cannot be published in the community catalogue.

• Feel free to share your suggestions via the contact form: your feedback helps us decide which sports to add next.

Loyalty points

Even if your creation is refused, your loyalty points are still credited as long as the activity meets the conditions of the loyalty programme.
